This was my first time using this company to ship. I did an online quote and was then contacted by a rep. My rep was a good guy who understood my timeline. He even upped the shippers pay to make sure that my vehicle was picked up in time. The only thing that I did not like was that the company that assigned to my vehicle was not the one that my rep told me. The company that my rep told me brokered another shipper again. So my vehicle was double brokered. However, the shipment company that shipped my vehicle was all legal so I had no problem with it. It caught me off guard, but overall good experience that I would use again.
