Waiting for a carrier to be assigned was not the best part of the process. I was not really sure on "when" and sometimes even "if". After the actual assignment I was able to negotiate the price. The carrier was great! He communicated well, made small adjustments to the pickup schedule to make it more convenient for us. The pickup was very professional and timely. Both cars were delivered as promised in therms of date/time and in perfect condition. Thank you!
