Jennifer was very accessible and kept us up-to-date with the progress of the process. Once the carrier was identified, it was determined that the cost needed to increase. To help offset part of the increase, she reduced her broker's fee so the impact wasn't so great. The driver arrived on the date expected and the car did not show any apparent damage.
