We needed our vehicle shipped from NM to TX and contacted Ship a Car Direct. From the outset, we received great communication both via text and email. Once we'd booked, we got regular updates along the way. The company that transported our vehicle was wonderful. The driver was timely, friendly, and careful with our SUV. We had a terrific experience with Ship a Car Direct and while we hope not to need them again :) they will be our first call should we need to ship another vehicle.
