Had to ship two cars through ship a car direct during the holiday season, not a great situation to be in. John made the process so easy, constantly communicating about the status of my orders and trying to be as helpful as possible. Anytime I had a question or needed to change something, they were there to get it done ASAP. Really seemed to care about making everything go according to plan. Highly recommend shipping your car through them for the peace of mind alone.
