Sonic Auto Transportation Disaster

Submitted my contract 12/16/20 so there would be plenty of time to get my daughters car down to FL for her new job starting 1/11/21. Was told to wait until after the holidays as few trucks run during that time. Called/emailed Sonic multiple times daily after the holiday to get the car down to FL. All you get is a voicemail and lip service. They came up with several excuses along the way. "Their phone is broken, had a trucker but he was in an accident, truck had a transmission problem" They quoted me a low rate, and no carriers wanted the job. Their communication is horrible. I had to badger them and still got no action. Had to contact another company who scheduled pickup of our car the very next day. It cost me another $300 for the new carrier but it is worth it to me to get the car to FL for my daughter. Now the car will arrive three days late in FL because I initially selected Sonic Auto Transport. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY..

Dear Michael, we are so sorry for the trouble caused. We are always working hard to get the shipments done within the scheduled time. Sometimes delays happen because of troubles on the road, traffics, or weather conditions. But our shipping agents always keeping you posted about the status of your order.
