My husband purchased a car in another state. We decided to try to have it transportes instead of us driving 5 hours and back to pick it up. They quoted me a guaranteed price of $275. After I paid $100 deposit, the remaining $175 would go to the driver at drop off. I paid the deposit, waited 2 days and had to call back to see when delivery was going to be. Then was Informed the driver wanted an extra $150 to deliver but they "talked him down to $75. I informed them I was guaranteed it wouldn't be over $275. And they said they were sorry but that's how much it was. I agreed to pay the driver the extra. 3 more days and the car hasn't been touched. I had to call and was given a run around. Finally on a Friday they had a driver and the car would be there that night late. Everything was fine up until the exact time the car was supposed to be picked up. Coincidentally, the driver broke down at the EXACT time the car was to be picked up.. We decided to go get the car ourselves and I'm still waiting on my refund since Halloween. Now they won't call me back or answer my call

Hi Ravyn we are sorry you did not have a smooth transport. Unfortunately when a drivers truck breaks down that is out of our control. We did in fact get another truck to dispatch out which you refused. In regards to your refund, we were on a 3 way call with your bank and provided a confirmation number of the refund which was confirmed by your bank. Again we apologize for any inconvenience, but we did everything we could to arrange transport. Thank You Customer Service
