After I paid $100 deposit, Vantage NEVER picked up the car. We contracted with them 12 days ago and the car is still sitting in my driveway. Every time we called, we got the runaround. Once they told us they had a driver and they would call us and that never happened. We finally gave up and found someone to drive the car to its destination. Also, we tried to cancel with them and hire another company but they would not take the order off the "board" where truckers look to find a job. Thus another company couldn't take the order I will NEVER use this company again.

Vantage Auto Movers is not a carrier company, we are a brokerage. Any other company who inquired about having your car moved is also a brokerage. Carriers do not contact end users until the contract is given to them by a brokerage. If it's taken longer to establish a connection with a carrier, it's because no carrier has called in on it yet. Your vehicle's price quote doesn't even show up on what the carriers see, at this point, because after a week's time, if a car hasn't moved yet because of a possible problematic route, we have no choice but to post it as basically an open bid to the carriers on the central dispatch board. It was explained to the customer how this entire process works and we were told to continue working on it, as canceling with one brokerage and proceeding to ask another brokerage to start the entire process over again is 100% counterproductive. The above statement provided by the customer is a completely contradictory statement, when she says VANTAGE never picked it up and that we never TOOK IT OFF THE BOARD. Why would we remove a listing from the board for another company to post with no contract?
