At first Kelly was very helpful, kind and informative. But after she got my deposit money everything went downhill. She started ignoring my calls and stopped answering my emails. I needed my car to be picked up on a certain day and when the day before came, all of a sudden the price went up. I could not afford to pay anymore than what I was promised by the quote. The day of came and no word from Kelly. I called and emailed so many times trying to figure out when the truck was coming to get my car. I got an email from Kelly with some story about she was not in the office but that she gets off at 10pm that night. Some man ended up calling me and he was SO RUDE!!! He told me that I missed my chance to get my car transported because I didn't answer the phone. This was a lie! My car wasn't even supposed to be picked up on the day he was referring to. He called not even knowing what he was talking about! He told me that he doubts my car will even get picked up because the price is x now. I kept trying to reach Kelly because everything was getting out of control. But she wasn't responding again or calling me back! Even after telling me she got off at 10pm, she didn't even reach out to touch base with me and give be a status!!!

My scheduled pick up day came and went. After not hearing from the company for 5 days after the date I had to just call another company. So I did. But get this! When I booked with another company they could see that I was already with 5 Star and told me that I needed to cancel so they could book me in the system. I told the lady that they were not responding to me and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to cancel. She said that she would call over there to cancel it for me. The lady called back and said she reached a woman there, probably Kelly, and was told that I had not been trying to contact them and they have not heard from me!!! Another lie!!! And that I have to call them myself to cancel! I asked the lady what number she called so I could try it. I dialed the number and guess what?!? They HUNG UP on me!!! I called the lady back and told them what happened and she was blown away. She said she believed me and that she will take care of everything with that company, to not worry about it but to call my bank and get my deposit money back. I did and Wells Fargo put the money back in my account within 24 hours!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I read the reviews back in March but didn't believe it all because Kelly was so nice at first, until she got my money!

The company I used was Q Auto Transport. They were very professional and my car arrived in CA in 5 days!!!

This was a lesson learned for me! Good luck everyone!
