Shipped a 2011 legacy from Reno NV to Cleveland OH .After much research and receiving many quotes from various car transport brokers I went with AmeriFreight. Main reason being they were the lowest quote I received. However, there was more to it than just price. They explained the ins and outs of all that goes into cross country shipping and pledged to do their best to meet the price and time frame I requested. They were upfront and honest and communicated often with me .bottom line, even though the end cost exceeded their initial quote by a little bit it still beat other quotes I received by a fair margin. On the issue of promptness they far exceeded my expectations.Job was posted to Central Dispatch on Monday, car was picked up on Wednesday and delivered by Saturday. Driver was excellent and on time and vehicle was as good as when picked up. When I initiated this process I had no idea it would all go so smooth and easy. The agent, Melissa, that assisted me could not have been more upfront, patient, and helpful.
