First time shipping my SUV, from NJ to WA. Melodee Tedder was my appointed agent and it was a great experience overall. Melodee explained the shipping procedure very clearly at the beginning, she also followed up with the shipping process at every step very promptly. To my surprise, they actually have people working evening shifts too in case you have questions. Highly recommended ~
