Brooke at AmeriFrieght and her supporting cast were excellent. I ask a lot of questions and she was very patient. She walked me through the process, the different pricing options, timeframes, insurance and even what not to purchase. While AmeriFreight takes a brokerage fee, the bid price from shippers is less combined with their fee than the price quotes that I received directly and gave me more options. Also, they were highly rated already so I felt comfortable that they knew what they were doing. Brooke spent a lot of time with me and I would use AmeriFreight and Brooke again!
