The customer service was great. Very helpful when I needed help. Unfortunately, I DID need the customer service help (which I would have rather it all went smoothly and not needed to speak with them) and my car was delivered 3.5 days late which meant I needed to rent a car. I was only told about this 15 minutes prior to the expected delivery.
