Even in this year's trucker shortage, with 800 custoer requests for the same Northeast to FLA delivery route at around the same time seasonally, Amerifreight came through again for us this week with holiday auto delivery!! We got off the plane on New Year's Eve and had our car in our parking spot within hours. They always manage to provide several choices of drivers' proposed pickup and delivery times. For those new to Amerifreight, don't panic if you've not heard an offer well in advance. All the drivers' offers seem to come in just a few days before or less, of a stated pickup request. Yet even with a last minute - pickup of a few hours or a day from when we get the call, we've never had a driver that wasn't the warmest, friendliest, nicest, easy to communicate with person, who delivered exactly on time as they committed. Amerifreight screens them superbly and stands behind the customer's needs. Every driver a pleasure to work with. Amerifreight staff, answering under enormous pressures and crunches in a very difficult Covid, trucker shortage environment, is always 100% polite, pleasant, helpful, fast to reply, and ready to team assist if your particular Rep isn't there on the various hours you may call, or when they have a sudden offer to pick up your vehicle soon. Amerifreight is a very well-run company. It's hard to get such high quality call center /customer service agents' staff. We've never had any exception to our fabulous 4 year agent - Millie Shephard - and her teammates' performance. They are immediately reachable and reliable. We've compared alternatives - hiring drivers to take our car, autotrain, renting cars, etc., and Amerifreight always comes out best.
