Danielle at AmeriFreight was a true professional from start to finish regarding our car transport experience from NYC to FL. She kept my husband and I updated with potential bids on a regular basis. Even when several bids fell through, Danielle was tenacious and when back to the boards to find new carrier bids. She also performed courtesy follow ups after pick up and delivery by Frank, another true professional. This extra touch of customer service was duly noted. If I ever have to ship a car again, due to Danielle’s amazing customer service, AmeriFreight will be the one I will call.
