Tatiyuana Taylor Was fantastic rep. She made sure I was informed at all times, helped with finding a carrier and updating times for pick up. 10/10 recommend using this company, and 100/100 if you get Tatiyuana as your rep. In the event I have to ship again I will be using this company and requesting her. I hope she gets a bonus or even a promotion for her above and beyond customer service.
