Having never used an Auto Transport service before, we called Auto Shipping Group after doing some research on the web. We feel very lucky to have Kirk Dorr answer the phone when we called! From the very begining, Kirk was helpful, taking time to explain how the auto transportation world works. He was in constant contact with us thru phone calls and emails. We knew exactly what was going to happen and he even found us a driver the same day we called Auto Shipping. Very pleasant and customer focused. We hope he will be CEO of the company one day!

Our car was delievered 6 days from the pick - up day and the truck driver , Vic, was also very good about staying in touch with us. He called along the way with an estimated day/time of delivery , then called again the day before his delivery and then he called again when he was about an hour away. The delivery site is in a rural area on a curvy road that does not have a safe place for the truck driver to stop and drop off the car. He was very good about finding a convenient spot for us to pick up the car.

We are delighted with the service provided at a reasonable rate.
