I had called several other carriers prior to speaking to Felicia. Most other carriers I dealt with involved getting constant calls from different individuals trying to give you a quote and it was never the same person. Once I spoke to Felicia though I had one point of contact and she was always super responsive and helpful. She made the process far less painful and she was great to work with, going above and beyond in customer service!
