Redeemed my faith in auto transporters

BLUF: Auto Transport delivered on everything as advertised. Wholly satisfied with my move. Negative: Car was extremely dirty when it arrived.

I'm Active Duty Military who PCS'd from WA to AL. There was no way I was driving diagonally across the country. Auto Transport 123 was recommended to me by a family member. When I called I was put in touch with a very helpful agent who assured me that the utmost care would be taken of my vehicle. I was thanked several times for my service and offered their discounted military pricing which would be locked in once I booked my auto shipment with the company.

In about a week after reserving my shipment I was emailed detailed information about the pick-up date and estimated delivery date and even given POC information for the drivers. This immediately put me at ease.

The car was picked up and delivered exactly when they said it would be. Precision and time on target is of the utmost importance in PCS moves.

The only downside is that the exterior of the car was filthy when it arrived. Filthy to the point of not being able to see out of the windows and my car was caked in a layer of black soot. This was definitely not the case of my car being exposed to the elements for 2 weeks. My best guess is it was the byproducts of the truck's diesel engine. After a thorough car wash my car was completely back to normal. That's my only complaint but something to be noted for anyone considering using an auto transporter to ship their car for any amount of distance.

I would absolutely use Auto Transport 123 again.
