Car was transported efficiently and smoothly. I did try to get status updates on pickup, transport status and delivery and despite leaving several emails/messages for Tara and filling out the web form and calling the main number and leaving messages - not one person got back to me. I give the communication a zero! but the product was perfectly fine and the car was transported on time, on budget (as promised) and without damage. For those I give 5 stars. Overall a 4 star and if they were responsive then a 5 star review would have been easy.
