Got a accurate quote on the first call I made. Once I decided to proceed, they were very prompt in answering my call. It took about 5 days to get a pick up date but once the date was set the truck arrived on time in Los Angeles. Out of curiosity I did ask for an update after a few days and they sent me a text within hours of the status of the delivery. The delivery was on time but my son did have to get an Uber to meet the truck driver since he could not deliver the car in the area he lived in Boston. Apparently other people also were picking up cars at the same area in a shopping mall where the transport truck had parked. There is a process to prepare the car for transport but all of it was very clear and they were very good at making sure I understood the entire process. I followed the instructions and everything worked as planned. I though it was going to be a stressful process but they made the whole ordeal very easy. Will be using them again when the car has to return back to Los Angeles when my son finished graduate school.
