AutoStar kept me informed. Be patient, it takes a few days to find a carrier. Once one was booked. it can take a few more days to get your vehicle picked up and a few more days depending how far your vehicle is being transported. The driver was kind and helpful, so no problems there. Be prepared to have your vehicle washed after delivery. All in all i would use AutoStar again. Just be patient in your expectations.
