Awful experience with the driver

AutoStar transport has a great customer service. As brokers they handle their job in an efficient matter overall. The issue I had was with the assigned driver who dropped my vehicle. The guy was unprofessional, disrespectful and with lack of effective communication skills. He parked his truck 2 blocks away from the drop off location, he was rude over the phone and was stating all the time he was the owner of his own company and that he was a business man and lots of opinions that were irrelevant to this transaction. He charged me additional $100 besides what I paid for putting a Saxophone and a small box within my car which to me was outrageous because in previous shippings I had placed more stuff than now and never being charged for it. Since the cash amount was more at the moment of the delivery, I offered to do a Zelle transaction to finish the nightmare to which he agreed upon. Horrible experience.
