I worked with Rachid Caprio. It was challenging to get it picked up as it was in a remote area of the US. Rachid tried hard and made it happen. The only hiccup was the driver. He had to come a long way and it took a couple more days than originally anticipated. The payment to the driver was the challenge as trying to arrange method of payment. Took a few minutes to get it all worked out, but it got accomplished. Thanks Rachid!
