I first inquired about transporting a truck that I was bidding on ebay to get a feel of what the overall cost would be, I submitted my info to a couple sites and had about 10-15 missed calls the next day. My email inbox quickly filled and I was quickly overwhelmed. I listened to all the voicemails and one particularly stuck out because he( Dakota from Capitol Auto Transport) left such a informative VM that I felt compelled to call and do business with him. He broke down the entire transport industry and gave me some pointers on picking a broker and carrier. I was impressed. I explained how I was bidding on a truck and it was modified and sat 85 inches tall. He gave me a price and thoroughly explained why it was to cast a bit more due to the modification. I understood completely and always felt very at ease when dealing with Dakota. I won the bid on the truck, called Dakota and informed him he quickly got the ball rolling because I was in a hurry to get it shipped. 5 hours later he called me back and had a carrier ready to pick up the Truck that night!! WOW, I was impressed. The carrier he found had a excellent rating and did a great job, and was early a day! I'am very pleased with Capitol Auto Transport and I'm very happy I went with my gut instinct and chose them. I would use them again and recommend them highly. Thanks again Dakota you have great customer service skills and are part of a great company.
