I did not read the fine print and didn't realize that my car could be picked up as much as 1-10days days after the first available date. It was set for Dec 1st, 2016 and was actually picked up on Dec 5th, 2016. Apparently that is all in the contract , and it is written as follows "Direct Express agrees to provide a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date or time." As I made my reservation over the phone and did not read the email after I had made my reservation I did not know they wouldn't pick up on the specified date. The sales rep on the phone never told me. Aside from this everything went very smoothly and the price was the lowest of all I researched. Just keep in mind that if you don't pay an extra $150.00 for a 24-48 window, your car may not leave or arrive as you expect.
