FRAUD! BEWARE! DO NOT USE!

I do not recently write reviews, but need to write this to make all of you aware that you should NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is a long review, but if you dont read anything, note this: CARLOS (the rep) IS A SCAM. HE NEVER RESPONDS WHEN YOU NEED HIM TO (after you pay) AND HAS A MILLION EXCUSE TO BLAME HIS LAZINESS ON EVERYONE EXCEPT HIMSELF (he will blame you, the customer, and the driver, oh! and even his co-worker). If you don't believe me, just read his comments below... he ALWAYS has an excuse... I first spoke with Annette who was truly sweet, but was then transferred to Carlos who started out sweet (but sketchy, cause he says that a lot of brokers are frauds and he wants to check Annette's work even though he doesn't think she is a fraud like them) but then after you pay deposit he disappears. I scheduled my car pickup one month ahead and two days before my pickup I had to bombard Carlos with text and calls to find out that my driver cancelled and he is looking for a new one. I am okay with that, as it is understandable and confirmed with him that he will find someone by Friday day or night and he say of course, for Friday and latest Saturday. And 20 minutes later a guy calls and says he will come pick up my car in 30 minutes. I texted Carlos and told him someone called but it doesn't work for me and he says he is working on one. Friday my pickup day comes and I call him asking for a driver's information and he tells me he doesn't have someone and he blames me because I didn't let the driver pick up my car early (okay Carlos, we confirmed everything in text and you want to blame me) and then he blames the driver for wanting to leave early. Saturday, Sunday, Monday... no driver. I couldn't take it anymore, so I called Carlos saying that I am going to cancel if he cant find anyone and I want my refund if I do. He agrees on the refund and says that it is not is fault (more excuse) and that there's just no one out there. I said I will switch a company and he stated that they won't find one either. Well... for your information my new company found one the very next day for me. I call Carlos on Wednesday and say I want my refund for the deposit because this is absurd! He says okay then calls me a minute later and says "oh! actually someone messaged me this morning and I found a driver for you" He really should not have said that because that just shows that he was clearly not putting effort because someone messaged him and he found out in the afternoon? Where was he all morning? Anyways, I NEVER GOT MY REFUND FROM HIM and had to dispute with the bank.

Calling us frauds and scams are serious accusations ,we are far from frauds or scammers check our credintials we are licensed and bonded $75,000,plus provide full coverage insurance,not to mention all the fees that are required by fmcsa ,i spend over $2500 monthly just to operate and that excludes office rent.We offered you an early pickup,because your route you were shipping in is not as common as you might think there are not carriers lined up unlike other routes,we explained to you that we will have a driver assigned as soon as there was a carrier heading that way,you decided to call another company which is you right but it is not your right to defame our company ,We all use the same network of drivers the carrier the other company provided is the same carrier that called me earlier that morning you decided you want to cancel....please remove this negative rating ,we do not want to escalate this and involve our lawyer but we will not tolerate lies about calling us fraud and scams to avoid any litigation please remove negative rating asap. p.s. you refund request was put in accounting asap, but you decided to call your credit card company and make a false charge back which caused us to have to pay extra fees,please do the right thing.call me direct if any questions to resolve this matter.
