Failure to Communicate and Not Dependable

Two months ago, I called I Move Auto in plenty of time to move our car from California to Georgia. They urged us to broker only with them as it would raise the price. They sent standard form emails, but did not communicate progress. From that time until today they did not keep us informed. I called a week ago and they said they had two drivers, but were waiting on them to get back with us. A week passed by until this morning. I called and they bounced me from one department after another. Finally, I called a different number for them and asked to speak with Allan again as why he did not call me with progress report. He said they failed to find a driver and offered excuses like they had someone, but their trucks were filled. I've heard better excuses from kids as to why homework was not turned in. I told him I and canceling with them. I went back online and went through AAA transport and within a few minutes a representative from Nexus called. Within three hours they found us a driver and he will take care of our needs immediately.

Hello Joseph! Thank you for your feedback and my apologies for the inconvenience. As a broker company we do not own any drivers nor trucks directly that's why we can only can post it to the board and get an offer from a carrier company, We always ask our customers for their budget preference however prices and offers will be accepted depending on the carriers that works on a specific route, and yes we do advise our customers to use one broker at a time so the prices dont go up and avoid any confusions for the driver since Broker companies uses the same board and pool of carriers.
