Very happy with my experience using Scott Hawley at Mercury to arrange cross-country shippment of our newly purchased airstream. Working with Scott, I didn't feel under any pressure after receiving my quote and he was able to line up a very attentive driver, who reached out well in advace of the agreed upon pickup day and was very accomodating in picking up the trailer at a convienient time for me. Throughout the driver provided updates and delivered the trailer ahead of schedule - under 2 days to go coast-to-coast. No issues whatsoever.
