I would highly recommend Nation Auto Transport for excellent customer service. Richard Wright was professional, upfront and honest with any concerns I had. He also handled my one complaint with understanding and assured me the situation would be addressed. The trucker who said he would take the job set up the pick up and delivery dates and times with Nation Auto. (This decision is totally up to the truckers). When the truck driver was in Ohio, he called me and wanted to make the delivery on Sunday instead of Monday (which had already been arranged). He became upset and agitated when this was not convenient for me and actually blamed the company for the delivery schedule. Other than this one issue, everything else worked exactly as Richard Wright had explained to me. If I have any future need for this kind of transport, Nation Auto will be the first contact I make and hopefully Richard will be available.
