This is a scam business. They gave me a quote in writing, specifically stating no extra charges. They said they'd give 24 hrs advance notice of pickup. They called the morning of on the last possible day and demanded an extra $100 to complete delivery. I called and there is nothing they'll do about it. John Taylor felt that by firing the person who quoted me he was no longer obligated to honor the quote. There is lot's of competition - don't use this broker!!!
