Terrible service

I was quoted a price and pick up date with Dave and did not hear from him after for pick up date and time info. I contacted the company and spoke with Jason Hill I was told Dave was on vacation. That Jason Hill would handle it from now on. The pick up date was to be March 14 and I was called the day before to say they had no drivers biting on pick up. That they needed to increase price $500.00. My response was what is the purpose of a quote if I don't hear from you and then you up the price $500.00 and car not being picked up on date agreed on prior. And you don't even have a driver willing to pick car up. Jason said that Dave gave me that quote to get my business and that Dave was fired and he was doing me a favor. I said take your quote and stick it I will go with another company. Very bad business. On a good note I went with another great company that communicated with me the whole time before pick, exact pick up date and time all through out the cars travel from Ca back to NY right up to drop off car. I would NEVER recommend PRONTO GLOBAL
