While the original transport was damaged and the rear loading ramp would not open, Shaughnessy worked diligently to locate another transport, taking our time constraint into consideration. They were able to honor the original price and reschedule pick-up/ delivery. My Audi Q7 arrived in perfect condition and on time.. I was impressed with Mike Badger, our driver, as well as the Shaughnessy team who made our
auto transport experience very positive. I would not hesitate to use this firm again!
