I was shipping a car to my daughter in Boston that needed to arrive on a weekend due to her moving, lack of parking and work time constraints. I informed the agent of the delivery specifics and the urgency. The car order was posted early to ensure correct delivery. While the agent was very nice, her follow-up was poor. She didn't call when promised, etc. I initiated most all of the communication. I ended up calling the company and getting a supervisor involved. The saving grace was the transportation company. The driver was great and he worked with my daughter to deliver the car to an alternate site if logistics didn't work out with her work/moving times.
