Ship a Car Direct was referred to me by a good friend who recently moved cross country. He exclaimed how simple the process was the company and positively described their customer service. I was relieved that this held true for my own experiences. The process was very simple, requiring just a single phone call with a representative over the course of a few minutes to set up the pick up. My appointment for the pick up soon followed in a timely manner. The delivery was just as simple and I was able to make special arrangements to fit my schedule. While I am very happy there were no difficulties in this process, it was also comforting to know that my representative had made herself so available to me throughout as she was so timely in her replies. Given my experiences I would highly recommend this company to anyone else in a similar situation.
