Moving across the country from NJ to CA was very daunting and I am so thrilled I shipped my car with Ship a Car Direct. David was very responsive from emails and phone calls - he even called to discuss my concerns I had sent through email instead of responding through email so that if I had any questions I could speak to him directly. I found that very reassuring and definitely appreciated. He helped me trouble shoot concerns arranging pick up and was very involved in steps along the way including letting me know who to get in touch with so I could receive an update about where the location of my car was and the expected delivery date. Phoenix Freight Inc. who actually did the shipping of my car were excellent - driver Mike was very professional picking up my car and it was handled with care. It arrived in exactly the same condition I left it except probably cleaner on the outside I'm sure because of some rain along the way on the travel cross country! I received an email and call from customer service rep Maricel to make sure my car had arrived safely. I can't speak more on the customer service - for something as important as shipping your car across country, you really can't ask for better customer service and I'm super grateful. If I ever move back across the country, I would without a doubt use Ship a Car Direct again and I will recommend them to anyone needing to ship their car. Thank you guys so much - special thanks to David - thanks for all your help - it was reassuring and made this transition much easier!
