Ship-a-car-direct was excellent! They picked up my car promptly when I was doing asap shipping and got it to my new location in a week which was fantastic. They went through Surly Auto for my car shipment, and they were great - very friendly and helpful! The only hard part was that there was a narrow window of time for the drop off and the pick up was later than expected - that being said, with the number of cars being transported, minor struggles with timing is to be expected. Overall a very positive experience!
