I shipped my car from Cambridge, MA to San Francisco, CA (both not easy places to pickup or drop off) and my experience was great! The auto transport company hired by Ship-A-Car-Direct was very professional: arriving on-time at the pickup and delivered my car earlier than expected! No damages, nothing stolen, everything went as smooth as possible.
