Overall my experience was excellent. I had purchased a car on e-bay and needed to get it from AZ to SC. Everything went smoothly. The car arrived a day or two early than expected. Communication both from shipacardirect.com and the actual carrier hauling the car was great. The only downfall, and this is the first car I have ever transported like this, so maybe it is to be expected - but my new car was covered with oil or transmission fluid from the car that was above it on the carrier. I was a little be concerned but a good wash and detailing and all was fine. The oily car is the only reason I bumped off a star and didn't rate 5 stars.
