We needed to ship our car from California to New Jersey in short order. We reached out to several auto transport companies and Ship a Car Direct was the first one to respond. Bruce was very honest in terms of the price and answering all our questions. He also kept following up with us during the process and letting us know how to check in with the carrier. Overall, the process felt very transparent and the car arrived in good condition. The only thing was that the car arrived one day late, but that was ok for us in the end.
