Everything went very well with the transport. It surprisingly only took 5 days to transport my car across the country. The driver from the transport company called me the morning my car arrived and gave me an hour window for availability. There wasn’t any damage to the car and the driver was extremely friendly. My only complaint was that the person in charge of answering the phones for the "DBest Auto Transport,” Raul, was kind of a jerk when I spoke to him about payment options (cash/cashier’s check/credit cards/debit cards). But when I called him to get their address (so I knew who to make the cashier’s check out to), he was fine. I’m really glad I went through Ship A Car Direct though, Bruce was extremely helpful, stayed in contact daily and was thorough in making sure everything went as planned. I would definitely use Ship A Car Direct again.
