Jennifer from ship a direct was very helpful and good at communication throughout the whole process. Our cars were picked up by the carrier on a Tuesday, four days passed our first available pickup day which was understandable, because our first available pickup day was a Saturday. The drivers were very nice and helpful. Our cars were delivered on Saturday, which was what the drivers promised, in their original condition. Overall the whole experience was great! I am glad I chose ship a car direct.
