Staff was friendly and helpful. The car I shipped was my old car, so I did not drive it for 2 months. I found that my car's battery was dead on the car picking day. The pickup staff was very friendly. He helped me to find a jump cable, start the engine, and get the car on the trailer. After getting the car back to his yard, he found that I left something in the truck. And he told the address of his yard so I can it pick up. The shipping is pretty quick and the company kept following up with you. Overall a pretty good experience.
