Kosta is very responsive and timely. The whole experience went much better than I expected. Hearing horror stories I wasn't sure what to expect but the car got picked up the same day they estimated. Although the carrier guys were a little weird, they told me they'll be there at 12 then called me at 10am saying they will be there in a few hours. 1pm comes around and they say they'll actually be there between 5-6pm. Call again from them at 3pm saying they are down the street. Anyway, the drop off went smoothly and they got the car to NY from CA in 4 days. Thank you guys!
