Everything was very simple and streamlined, from the submission form to request shipping, to contact with a rep from Ship a Car Direct, to the actual pick up and delivery of the car. The only thing I would have improved was more communication when my car hadn't been dispatched after my first available pick up date passed. I wish someone had gotten in touch with me first because there was radio silence for a while and I wondered if pick-up would happen by my last possible date.
