Great overall service, poor driver communication

I had a great overall experience. The app for pre inspection of my cars before shipping for the damage inspection was the number one aspect for booking. My only complaint is that I was told my car would arrive on a specific date but had no communication from the driver. I had to call Ship a car direct multiple times to get a window of my car delivery, which was somewhat later than originally told.
