I used Ship A Car Direct recently to ship 2 cars from CA to NC. Here's a breakdown of each part of the process: Quoting - Their website was easy to get a quote from, and they followed up promptly with additional information. It's important to understand that the quote is just a best effort estimate, and what you end up paying could be a different number, but they were very transparent about that and I never felt misled or surprised. Shipping - The driver they selected was very friendly, and fantastic to work with. He texted/called before pick up and drop off to make sure I was well informed, and he got our cars to the destination exactly when we wanted and in perfect condition. Communication - They provided all the necessary info every step of the way and addressed all my questions proactively. I also appreciated I could simply email/text them for anything instead of having to call someone. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely use them again in the future.
