Shipping a car is not a easy thing for us. Fortunately Ship A Car Direct has been prompt to our questions and very patient with us since the day we contact them. After we initiated the shipment, the staff team is also diligent on the tasks and keeping the communication channel open in case anything we might need.
The only suggestion we can think of is that it would reduce our anxiety if the carrier who actually deliver the car can update us with the progress along the way.
