UNRELIABLE is an Understatement

I contracted with this company to pick up a vehicle that I had just purchased about 800 miles from where I live. There gave me a quote and the contract was signed. The vehicle was supposed to be picked up 2 days later and estimated delivery was 2 days after that. I was given a 3 hour window of when the vehicle was supposed to be picked up. They did not contact me until a little less than an hour before that window expired to tell me the driver had a delay in a state about 650 miles away. They rescheduled for the next day. When I did not hear from them by the new estimated pick up time I called. It took them over an hour to get back to me to tell me that the driver cancelled the pick up all together. WTF?! Who does that? Absolutely no regard for customers. This has put me behind schedule by an entire week for a vehicle that I'm already paying for. Stay AWAY from this company!!
