Run Away! Worst Experience Ever! I had two cards shipped. A 2017 Chrysler Pacifica and a 2018 Nissan Sentra. The Sonic Automotive Transport and Golden Carrier Inc gave us the worst experience which was filled with stress and uncertainty. Each day we were involved in the 10 day journey across the United States was a disaster after the next. Sonic gave us a horrible experience from the start. Patrick initially gave us a good sales pitch and explained the process well. After the contract was signed we were offered a pickup date and confirmed time frame for pickup. The day of the pickup I was sent a text message saying the pickup has been cancelled with no reason or alternative given. I was in a stressful situation because not only was I going to ship cars I had my entire travel itinerary planned complete with multiple moving parts. I had to beg Sonic for an alternative and they said there was nothing they could do except offer me another pickup time 3 days later! I was stuck with them because it was too late to change carriers at this time. I had to wait the 3 days until another company (Golden Carrier Inc) picked up my vehicles. Now that was delayed by 3 days I asked Golden when my cars would be expected to arrive at the destination. I was told by Friday (5 days later) or Saturday (6 days later) at the latest. This was not true! Golden gave me every excuse under the sun for being 3 days late on delivery. They did not offer to compensate me in any way. They kept blaming mechanics, traffic and how nothing is there fault and since I was in a contract I could do nothing about it! Stay away from Sonic Automotive Transport and Golden Carrier Inc at all cost. You will wish you went with anyone else!

Dear Imad, Thank you for your time and this honest feedback. This is surely not the kind of experience we want to provide. Unfortunately, the delay that happened was not predicated. We do our best to pre-screen all of our carriers, but some things we just cannot foresee. Our apologies again that we did not fulfill your requests.
